Liability insurance is designed to protect financial interests of a policyholder that may potentially be sued by a third party as a result of policyholder’s business activities or risks involved in policyholder’s day-to-day operation.

Sum insured and amounts payable
The maximum amount that we will pay (sum insured) will depend on a number of factors including inter alia our customer’s wishes, requirements of contracts and construction agreements.
Typically, insurance coverage in a liability policy includes:
- Bodily injury (physical harm) or death of third parties
- Loss of or damage to property belonging to third parties
- Reasonable and necessary costs incurred with our consent to save life or property of the persons injured or otherwise affected in an occurrence insured and to minimize damages caused by an occurrence
